TEMPLATES ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. By downloading or using Modern Muse Resumes' templates, you agree to be bound by the terms of the end-user template agreement. Please read this agreement carefully. By downloading or using the templates, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have all authority necessary to bind yourself to this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the templates.

Instructions file, included photos, shop photos, icons, all resume template files and their contents, and resume writing tips file are copyright of Modern Muse Resumes and may not be used for more than one end user, copied, or distributed under any circumstances, especially not to sell as your own. We take notice, and appropriate legal actions will be taken.

END USER AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a contract between You (as defined below) and Modern Muse Resumes setting forth the terms and conditions upon which You are granted a license to use the graphic design templates ("Templates") that You acquire from Modern Muse Resumes. "You" shall refer to the person acquiring the Templates.

1. Template License: Upon payment of the applicable purchase fee, Modern Muse Resumes hereby grants You a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of the Templates You have acquired solely for PERSONAL USE ONLY, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. You understand and agree that Templates are licensed, not sold, and that use of Templates or any of the content contained therein other than in accordance with the terms of this EULA is unlicensed and unauthorized and may also violate applicable law, including copyright, trademark, and other rights of the owner of such Template.
2. Template License Limitations: All rights not expressly granted to You under this Agreement are reserved to Modern Muse Resumes and its licensors. Without limiting the foregoing, You will not do, or authorize or permit any third party to do, any of the following: (a) sublicense, sell, publish, post, display, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Templates or make them available online or for download without prior written consent from Modern Muse Resumes. You will not do, or authorize or permit any third party to do, the following: sell printed versions of the templates to a third party without prior written consent from Modern Muse Resumes.
3. Payment: The license granted herein is conditioned upon payment of, and You agree to pay, the license fee applicable to the Templates You acquire. You are solely responsible for (a) all applicable taxes; and (b) timely payment of all such license fees. Modern Muse Resumes shall be entitled to reimbursement from You for any fees expended in enforcing rights under this EULA, including but not limited to, collection and legal fees for collecting payment. You represent that all information provided to Modern Muse Resumes relating to Your license and use of the Templates, including but not limited to, credit card and payment information, is true and correct.
4. Rights in Template: The Templates are the valuable property of Modern Muse Resumes and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

Modern Muse Resumes cannot guarantee that you will get an interview or a job by using the instructions or advice provided with this purchase or by using a resume template. Your success will highly depend upon the time and effort you put into your resume writing and job search. Modern Muse Resumes does not guarantee that following advice found in this purchase or utilizing a template will help your career.
